[Tigers] Sparto Reverse light bases

Based on the number of people who expressed interest, we  have completed the 
second run of reproduction bases for the Sparto reverse  lights. The ones 
shown in the Book of Norman. Due to the latest economic  conditions and other 
changes in priority's, some customers have had to back out  so we now have a few
