[Tigers] engine spacers

I'm pretty sure that in stock form it came with the spacers.   Remember, 
these are not any thick spacers.  
They are just washers that are about twice as thick as a standard  washer.  I 
would check the exact thickness but I am 1,800 miles away at the  present.
