[Tigers] frozen rear brake

hey guys...i am trying to unfreeze a frozen right rear brake today.  heading
upstate now to the car.  what is the suggestions for sequence of steps i
should be taking from easy to complete disassembly to try to get it fixed.  i
recall a prior thread on this but cant find it.  pls reply all so the messages
to this also go to my blackberry so i can see remotely, leaving the house now.
