[Tigers] power coating

        Hi All
    How smooth is powder coating supposed to turn out ? I just got my 1936 
IHC wheels back ( wire spokes) and they are not nice . The rust pits show up 
bad . I know you can't do any filler under powder , but shouldn't they be 
able to make it reasonably smooth ???? Thanks in advance.
