Cullen,
I agree with what you say. I think most of us have come to the  conclusion 
that if we try to calculate Tiger ownership in dollars and cents..it  doesn't 
make sense.
If someone wants a nice Tiger and doesn't car about doing the  restoration 
himself, it is definitely cheaper to buy one that has been  restored.
