Bob,
  Regardless of the number of installs (your experience), make sure you get 
the fulcrum pin installed correctly. I knew about it, thought about it, 
reminded myself about it and thought I did it.  But, low and behold when I 
was all done I got one on backwards.  Try as I might I couldn't get the 
bushing out without destroying it.
