Check out Ebay item # 370066001810.  Its a Maxwell Smart working shoe phone.
Nick at Night made these as a promo back in the early 1990's.  I guess that
was the last time the Get Smart episodes were broadcast.   Looks like there is
a lot of interest in it.  I must confess that I bought a Nick at Night promo
too.  Mine looks like a miniature brief case and inside is a "exploding pen"
and wrist watch with Maxwell Smart using his shoe phone photo on the dial.
