[Tigers] Lower rad hose sucking shut

Seeing I didn't see this pointed out, here goes...

Two things to look for if the lower hose collapses:

   1) not enough coolant.

   2) No pressure in the system.

With the above fixed, you will need no support inside the lower hose.

Don't underestimate the potential for cooling system leaks!

...and keep an eye on the interior carpet if the system seems to be
bottomless!

...don't ask how I know this!
