[Tigers] How hot is hot ?

I would start to worry at 200..

things to check:
what termostat is it running?
when was the radiator flushed/rodded or rebuilt last?
Is the water in the radiator clean?
What coolant is in it?

Everyone will always jump to the conclusion the radiator id not goodenough..
or the fan.. check everything is in correct working order first.. then look
at upgrades.

If the car is fine on the highway.. maybe a thermo fan fo rtraffic might be
a solution.. or a better engine fan (i have a restored LAT one i have not
fiited if you want some pics)
