It states that the ORIGINAL oil filter element (Spin-on) is C1AZ-6731-A.

I am using the Ford Motorsport full flow, full size, FL1A. Available at Summmit ($3.95 + S&H), amongst many others.

This is a high quality unit, however the "original" can be obtained from 
the Ford Mustang sources, in various colors, for about $29 each.
