You set me on the right path !
 
In parts manual 6600992 under Special Accessories (as you said) but on page  
ZU13, they have the washer stuff
 
Screen Washer Kit Control Unit 1201389 is superceded by 1228662.......but  
where and what is the difference?
 
Seriously, we will probably never know. But, it certainly isn't what  was 
sent me. The sender appears to be surprised also.
