For O Rings there are 2 sources I know of...

Barrie Robinson...email: barrie at look.ca

and I lost his name and email but if you go to the Ebay UK website and look 
up the username..."lotsofclassicbits". I have bought just the o rings from 
him...he usually lists glass and bezels also for Smiths and Jaeger gauges...
