[Tigers] Hood Release- Bonnet Pull

On my Mk1A, I changed from the cable type hood release to the rod type
from the earlier cars, with no drilling.  It just bolted in, fit through
the original holes, etc.  The best part it that the rod is much less
likely to break than the cable, about which we've heard so many horror
stories.

So put the word out, and I'll bet there's one floating around somewhere.
Or, if you are inventive enough, design one of your own.
