[Tigers] Fwd: engine compartment color black

The "proper" way is for the engine compartment to be body color. A PO of
my Tiger painted the engine compartment black, but it's very hard to
keep that looking good especially if it's flat or satin black, because
the sheen will change anytime you ever spill anything on the paint or
even if you scuff it. It's also very dark (duh) so it becomes difficult
to do anything in there that requires being able to see what you're
doing. I spraybombed the engine compartment with Torch Red (a near-match
Mustang color in a Canadian Tire can) and it ended up pretty close to
the red that's on the outside of the car.
