Way to go Mayf! The most obvious reason why you can't exceed 5200 rpm is you
need more horsepower to go faster. I assume you get more horsepower at
higher rpms, so the obvious solution is lower gears. To know just what gears
to use, you need to dyno your engine and find where the peak horsepower is,
which should coincide with your top speed if you pick the right gears. Of
course, your PPP (personal pucker point) may be reached at a somewhat lower
speed. ;-)
