[Tigers] seat repair parts

no these are not hog ring clips which are generic clips to join
fabric.   i'm talking about the little clips that hold the fabric the
metal lip on the seat frame.  i just found SS has these but not the
metal strips.  i'll try to find some suitable metal to make my own.
