[Tigers] Obscure Licence Plate Frames (Off Topic)

Some older American made cars had license plate holders that had to be pulled 
down to access the filler next. Go to a wrecking yard and find one and rig it 
up in the front (Manual or solenoid operated)
It worked for me in Fresno.
