Possibly the clue to the owner is in the first photos, a certain 
Governor striding down the mountain  to see if his car form the film 
Commando survived !

(OK so it was an Alpine / several Alpines / possibly at least one tiger 
in the film)

Looks like the car benefited from the steel hard top and the fire drop. 
The hood looks like a LAT or similar with some distortion.

Hopefully it will be brought back to life.
