Your mods aren't that radical, so why not a standard Ford type 190
degrees F, available at almost any decent auto parts store?

Engine rebuilt !  260 now with LAT 1 cam, manifold F4B and 465  Holley.
 
Any comments on ideal new thermostat degree range/type ?
