[Tigers] Front ends

Hi everyone, and happy holidays to boot, question, does anyone recall  the 
name of the gentlemen that has manufactured a new front end for his  Tiger?  I 
seem to recall he had adjustable upper control arms and  coil over shock set up 
incorporated in this unit, it seemed pretty  interesting.
