Tigers,

With all the added information on specialty tires, I thought we ought to 
be entering the New Age of tire design.

Take a look at this site (And Google) for the latest in road wheel 
design.  I do NOT know if they make one in 13" rims, or Tiger bolt 
pattern.  The concept is revolutionary, as the Michelin Steel Belt 
radial tires were.
