 I received a response from the seller for the car( whatever it is) when
I asked if there were photos available underneath or more information.
This is all he said:


"sorry no under side photos, the owner wanted it to look just like a
real tiger. the motor trans and rear where done when he got it. thanks"




Still wish we would see the car up close...
