[Tigers] metal plugs under seats

Hello,
 
The 1.5" (approx.) circular metal plugs with loop springs to hold them in  
place have perished on my New England car. One is missing and one has the loop  
spring rusted away. These presumably let out flood waters from the cabin  
floor.....
 
Anybody have an idea how I can replace these?
