[Tigers] DMV

[Sigma Engineering]

In SC, every car entering the state has to have the VIN verified to the
out-of-state title....but they will come to your house within 1-2 days &
inspect the car.  The DMV inspector even ventured into my dark car trailer
to look at a car...very pleasant & no problems.
