[Tigers] Tee Handle Shifter

Hi All.
 
I am looking for a replacement tee for a broken shifter. I see that
tiger engineering has shifters with this item on them. I have tried to
e-mail them (Tom) at 'flyingtiger at tigerengineering.net' but no reply.
Can any one point out were to find the small piece that goes through the
top of the shifter. You guys know the part that you have to pull up to
get the transmission to engage in to reverse. Also the plastic buttons
that have springs behind them in the base to keep the shifter from
rattling.
