Not saying this car is either Tiger or Alpine, but things to consider:

There are some very good clones out there, maybe this guy bought a car
that he knows has dubious history and despite appearing to have many
Tiger features knows it's not and is not trying to get in trouble by
letting someone believe it is.

Perhaps its a stolen car or totaled car and they have asigned it another VIN?
