[Tigers] Steering Rack leak

My mechanic is currently finishing up putting new rubber and springs in my
front end.  He informed me this morning that the steering rack is leaking
oil.  

 

I need some help to figure out which is my best option, plus there is some
time constraint (it can't sit too long at his shop).

 

 

As far as I know I have 3 choices:

 

Have rack rebuilt (hopefully with core exchange).

 

Find a new/another rack.

 

Buy Dales kit and find a Midget rack.

 

 

Any advice and links you can give me would be appreciated.
