[Super] SUPERCHARGED SMALL ENGINES

I am looking for information related to supercharging small engines.  My
application is 250 to 500 cc ( 15 to 31 cu in) 2 or 4 stroke engines for
motorcycle land speed racing.

I am interested in:
1.  Supercharger types / brands / model numbers / sources.
2.  Drive techniques for motorcycle engines.
3.  Plumbing materials / sources.
4.  Carb mods needed for older as well as constant velocity carburetors (for
blow through applications).
5.  Any experiences you've had supercharging small engines - motorcycle or
not.
