I just found this at my local independent auto parts store Hap's Auto Lakewood, CA

Any idea who makes it?  Fischer is just a distributor, selling
who-knows-what oil.

And last I checked you can get Valvoline VR1 (0.14 zinc) in quarts for less
than $5.40 a quart.
