Pretty similar , I get that. But I am curious about pistons and crowns. This motor has flat top pistons that come right up to the head gasket surface on the block. Just pulled the head and have not flipped it over to pull the pan.</div><div>So far it had tubular push rods , Isky valve springs & alloy retainers and the old style copper competition head gasket. I think I'm onto something here! </div><div>Flywheel was lightened with a matched balanced pressure plate.
