I am trying to replace the rear brake pads on my 1960 bugeye. After replacing them with new brake pads from Moss I can not get the drums to sit flush on the hub and they are really tight. I have lowered the adjuster to its lowest position, removed the e-brake tension and the brakes piston is at its lowest compression and the pads rub so tight on the inside of the drum that they stop the wheel from turning.
