Mostly people now know them as powered tools but the original tool is still on the shelves. I've known them be called 'Impact Texas Driver' but being a UK person.... Amazon, Toolstation and Screwfix all sell them. I would heat the nut and then soak the bolt threads with penetrating oil (Liquid Wrench) a few times a day, put a wrench on it and tap it with a hammer while hot, don't slam it though, don't want to break the bolt.
