Andrew had everyone very well covered and won going away. Toby, who just started racing two or three years ago, has really got it figured out, now. Last year, the car was a lot faster than he was. This season, he’s really hooked-up!<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Andrew’s car has a nearly 58 year competition record, having been purchased new, from Massey Imports (Pittsburgh) by one of their line mechanics, Bob Hopper. Bob, who died of cancer a few years back, was a good friend of mine & my family’s and bought the car specifically for racing. So, it was an SCCA warrior from brand new. Bob was never able to spend a lot of money on his racing. But, he was a VERY capable driver and did pretty well with the car.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>He would have been so proud of Andrew and his old car!
