<div style="font-size: 10pt;"><div dir="auto">Yesterday my 1275 block & cylinder head were delivered with freshly machined head gasket mating surfaces and a properly prepared center main cap for the installation of a main cap strap. Now I can change my cam bearings and be certain the block is super clean. Possibly run it through the dish washer tomorrow.....😳</div><div dir="auto">But here is my " you must be kidding me" moment! </div><div dir="auto">I swear i had a set of standard thrust bearings set aside. I know I had them.... But now I am questioning myself , did I , or did I not? Regardless , what I do have are 2 of the 4 pieces needed and its the 2 without the locating tab...( go figure.....)</div><div dir="auto">So I was internet shopping. I have a Moss account. I do not have accounts with many other vendors. At 1 time I had a Vicky Brit account , but it's been so long I bet I have been "inactive" deleted from their customer base. Spridget Mania wants 20.00 for a set of crank thrust bearings. That's too expensive. Others list in the 10.00 or less range. And the quest goes on...... I definitly need the darn 4 piece set in standard size. </div><div dir="auto">I swear I had a set marked for "Austin" in a manilla envelope.....and to coin a phrase I heard as a child..." They didn't just grow feet and walk away"! </div><div dir="auto">It's aliens! That's my story & I'm sticking to it!</div><div dir="auto">Chuck</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div><div dir="auto" style="font-size:9pt;"><i>Sent from my LG Mobile</i></div></div></div>
