I know I’ve kind of drifted away from SpridgetTalk, the past few years, but I’ve continued in the “lurk” mode. I really enjoyed the email conversations Ed and I had “off-list” and we got along just fine. I found him to be a delightfully ornery character and a genuinely good guy.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I see he was only 75, which, to me doesn’t seem very old (many of my friends are around that age and still very active). I hope he didn’t suffer, but, I see he was in some sort of convalescent facility when he died, so I assume it may have been cancer that took him.
