<div>Alright guys, I spring for the Harbor Frieght tool this morning. Actually it seems to be a well made tool. It is adjustable for small or large ball joints and has a nice black finish on it. Within getting home I had the tie rod end separated with no
damage to the powder coated steering arm. It works great. Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

beating on the arm with a small sledge with no result.
