<DIV>Facet pumps do run at all times and are noisy. I've connected a
pressure gauge to a regulator, fed with a Facet pump and with NO OUTLET for the
fuel and the pump sounds just the same as when the engine is running.

pumping out the fuel tank to a jerry can for example) than when the engine is
running normal.</DIV>
