For some reason it decided to become a lot more "festive" than I would have liked. And thanks for the kind words Healey Rick and Erik, that was a fun race from start to finish. Especially the last 2 laps which were bonkers trying to fend off that very fast 356. Started the race with a really long brake pedal and there was basically nothing left by the end hence the dirt track style cornering. The Wisconsin Chapter of AHC has done a great job of promoting this combined event with a? pic of the start of our 2008 60th Sprite Anniversary Race (I think this is a Roger Heil Shot from the overhead start flag station).? We were fortunate enough to have 47 Spridgets Racing that weekend and I hope we can replicate that number this year as well.? There are 2 exclusive races planned for this weekend Saturday after lunch and another on Sunday after lunch.? This will allow all Healeys, 100s,? 3000s, Silverstones, Jensens, Spridgets (including MG Midgets) etc all running together.? There will be a photo shoot for all Healeys too (street and race).
