Healey Challenge RoadAmerica September 13-15, 2024 Spridget Agenda

This is going to be a Great Event Honoring Healeys withWorld Class cars on and off the track.  We have some West Coast andUK Healey Racers joining us.  A VIP Tent for special Healey Guests at Victory Lane start / finish paddock area.  MG Midgets are allowed torace in the Healey Races.  Spridget Race Paddock Parking will be nearTurn 5 at the start of the hill on the main road leading up to falsegrid.  We are Race Group 2.  For those wanting to race inthe Sheldon Cup (under 3 minute lap time) or Kimberly Cup (over 3 minute laptime) please let registration know what race you want to enter.  Thefollowing is an abbreviated agenda that is subject to change.  Wewill not have a traditional Brat Group Lunch since there will be massivequantities of Brats available with Track Vendors (just follow yournose).  Wine Bottle Awards will be given to the first 3 places forBig Healeys and Spridgets at Victory Lane Podium after Healey Race 1 & 2.

 

Friday 9/13/24-

-          7:00 AM Driver Meeting(Victory Lane Podium)

-          9:45 AM Practice

-          2:45 PM Qualify 1

-          4:40 PM Enduro

-          5:30 PM Cape of GoodHope Portable Pub in Road America Center for Wine, Beer and HorsD’oeuvres (comejoin us to toast our Healey Heroes ending with God Save theKing.  This will be a good way to introduce the rest of VSCDA to theFun we have at SMRS)

Saturday 9/14/24-

-          8:50 AM Qualify 2

-          12:50 PM All Healey Race1

-          3:30 PM Sprint Race

Sunday 9/15/24-

-          9:45 AM Group Race

-          10:55 AM Kimberly Cup

-          11:35 AM Sheldon Cup

-          1:15 PM All Healey Race2

-          4:25 PM Founders Race(Detinger and Wismer Tribute)

-          Afternoon - AustinHealey Club Conclave Starts at Blue Harbor Hotel Shebogan
