[Spridgets] RIP Jim Johnson

That’s sad news, Ron.  Thanks for posting.

I never got to meet Jim, but I enjoyed many email conversations with him, both on and off of “Spridgets”.  I had hoped to get to meet him, one day, but I guess that meeting has been postponed by a “higher authority”.

I sure do hope he got to put a lot of miles on his Midget (a Pale Primrose, ’68 model, as I recall) before he was called home.

Just heard from Tiffany Clarici that Jim Johnson passed away several days ago. Jim was a huge contributor to the OSHITs, BusterCluster, Holy Sprite and many of the elements that made this list the most generous collection of people imaginable for so many years. Godspeed, Jim, and may all of your weather forecasts will be 100% spot-on.
