I’m 71yrs and I have used plumb tools since I started wrenching (9yrs old) and have a set of Armstrong that I bought when I was 18yrs old. The plumb is as good as anything made in hand tools. The Armstrong is good also.
When I needed a replacement tool for whatever reason, I would buy craftsman because of the replacement policy.
Someone will hit the hand tool jackpot with my tools when I kick.

What the test doesn't tell you is how well the finish on the wrench lasts over the years and having watched the chrome flake and peel on a 1 1/4 inch wrench that never saw much use it didn't seem to matter until that one time I sliced my finger open on a slither of chome peel.
