[Spridgets] Valve Spring Retainers

The MiniSpares springs work with 1.5 rockers and don't bind up  I run their stuff on my 1275.  :-)

I have the APT version of the 286 Scatter pattern and I really see the need to use more than 6000 rpm (except in 5th on a 3.9 diff with 70 profile tyres - you do the math!) and the engine has standard retainers on 1.5 Rockers.  I forget why I was told not to bother with Ti retainers but since it was David Anton who told me I took his advice.
