[Spridgets] Interference

I always thought it depended on the cam and rockers whether or not the
valves would hit the piston if the belt broke on an A-series.  A long time
ago my dyno guy said for my engine if the belt broke the valves would
definitely hit the piston.  No, I don't have the full valve lift figure
handy.
