[Spridgets] gearbox issue torque spec

I haven't been inside a Spridget gearbox since 1986 or so but I have been
inside quite a few T5s lately.  On a T5 the input shaft bearing retainer
has shims to set the end play of the shaft.  I would imagine that
adjustment nut in your pic would do a similar thing.
On more than a few T5s I've been in that had problems with the input shaft
the pilot bearing was the main problem.
