[Spridgets] dashboard switch

I always wondered why the wiring has to pass through the bulkhead/firewall
for the flasher can.  Why can't the flasher can be on the opposite side of
the bulkhead/firewall and that way the wires don't have to pass through
it?  I moved the flasher can on my Sprite for that very reason.
