[Spridgets] Double bearing rear hubs

Time to fit 8 inch drums and not have that equalising bar.  Or modify to
fit.  Over here there's no need for a handbrake on a hillclimb car because
the starter's assistant holds the car with a wedge under one of the back
wheel/tyres.
