If any of you are going to the 60th Spridget Reunion and would like to assist with the Street Car part of the event it would be greatly appreciated.  Please contact Stan Mason when you arrive so I know who is assisting.  The following are recommendations and is similar in attachment.

I am sending this out to all of you to give you an update on the ELVF Weekend as it relates to Street Spridget and assisting.  Thank you for volunteering.  The following lays out what is going to happen.  The attachment is similar to what you see in the email below.

Overview- Thanks for volunteering for what I believe is thebiggest combined event for Sprites and Midgets in the US.  We will have others assisting you, but someare crewing for race cars as well and may not be able to assist all thetime.  If you have other friends that wouldlike to assist, you are welcome to forward this to them. The following are someof the responsibilities that come to mind:
I.                   Paddock (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) - if yousee a Sprite or Midget direct them into Street Paddock Parking.  
II.                 Saturday Street Car Show in Paddock by PopularVote (Responsibilities: 9AM hand out numbered cards for identifying cars,ballots and instructions for Elkhart Lake Street Course Reenactment.  
a.      Place numbers on windscreen
b.     Place ballots for best Sprite and Midget inballot box near Stan Mason’s red race car trailer #4 Green.
c.      Assist in tallying results at 11:30 AM
d.     Announce Winners at Noon (Stan Mason or otherassistant) Awards.  Winners will beinvited to be part of the Sprite Midget Gather on Green Concours that evening 
III.               Saturday Elkhart Lake Reenactment(responsibilities: explain where and when to line up for reenactment and leadgroup to start near Canada Corner and Gate 5 (see map, we will do our best toget you towards the front of the group for featured car.
a.      1:30PM Leader Sprites line up between Street andRace Paddock and encourage others to line up behind you that signed up forreenactment.  This will take you downtownElkhart Lake.  It is important to notpark your car in non-designated parking after or you could be towed.
IV.               Sunday Spridget Race touring lap
a.      12:30PM Lead group to position for one lap tourprior to 60th Spridget Race Mike Korneli will be guiding cars ontotrack at Turn 5 entrance.  This allowsyou and your car to be near front of group)
b.     Come back to Paddock and Enjoy Race
Overall responsibility for assistants:
·        To be located in area or staying in area so youcan be at Paddock on or before 9AM Saturday and Sunday 
·        We will have 5 or more people assisting for theStreet Spridget Portion
·        To have a Sprite or Midget that is able to be drivenon track and street course reliability without spewing oil or water just beforeSpridget Race (ya I know they never made one like that)
·        To be Sprite Midget goodwill ambassador byintroducing yourself and welcoming guests to this event and asking them if theyhave any questions and are familiar with weekend events 
·        They can find maps and agenda posted at StanMason Trailer area.
Stan Mason (cell 269-228-0096) I am going to be busy racingand organizing and may not be able to get to my phone regularly.  Volunteers that will assist (Dave and TerriWoerpel, Jeff Kelly, Tony Young, Kevin Zirtzlaff) Please introduce yourself tome as assisting with Street Spridgets and each other.
