[Spridgets] 1275 with headers exhaust?

In the UK there are specific distance limits from the exhaust tail pipe.
The noise level also varies from circuit to circuit and meeting to
meeting.  I think in some places they are allowed so many noisy meetings if
they have a certain number of less noisy meetings - hence the change in
levels allowed.  The noise meter has to be calibrated and in date.  The
official also has to be licensed to conduct the meter reading (I've avoided
being licensed for this!).  For any given race it's usually apparent if one
or more cars are noisy compared to the rest of the cars.
