    Race car safety specifications specify no plexiglass only polycarbonate.   Reasons take too long to type at work.Its to fabricate a seriously cut down factory windscreen frame windscreen.  It'll be very cool!The 4'X1' size is not exact, rough cut edges 100% wanted!Thank you!Chuck

My local plastics shop has a scrap bin that contains many pieces of plexi (mixed bag as to whether it's is polycarbonate or not) of all sizes. They sell them quite inexpensively.  I'm sure they would willingly tell you which were lexan.
