Thanks for your research and organization on this SCCA H Production list that 948 Sprites and Midgets enjoyed dominating over the years!

There were quite a few of us from our Sprite Midget Race Series Group that attended SVRA's 50th Spridget Reunion where 1963 SCCA HP Champ Donna Mae Mims with her recently restored Pink Bug Eye were present (see 1960s Pic below of Donna Mae in her pink Bug Eye and Gear).  We are still laughing from this suggestive 81 year old that passed away with quite a legacy of fun a year later.  RIP Pink Lady.  We will be having at lest one (with many more possible) SCCA National Champs joining us and recognized on Friday Night's Race Car Show in front of the Road America Center just prior to ELVF party with the Portable Cape Of Good Hope British Pub Open and again at Saturday Night Sprite Banquet.

It has been our goal to exceed SVRA's 50th Racing Spridget Numbers, which I believe was the largest Vintage event for Spridgets in the US with 25 racing.  All of us there were amazed by that number.  We have had a high of 23 for our Sprite Midget Race Series so we were hopeful that we could exceed the 50th numbers.  I am happy to report that we are at 37 Racing Spridgets with more on their way!  We have a strong registration of Street Spridgets as well.  I wanted to remind everyone that Saturday Night's Dinner is with Road and Track's Entertaining Peter Egan who started life racing a Bug Eye with SCCA.  This dinner will be a tribute to Sprites and Midgets.  You need to purchase tickets in advance if you plan on attending one of the fun parts of being at the ELVF on September 15, 2018.  Please let me know how many tickets you are needing and I will provide more details.
